	Development Alternatives, Inc. http://www.dai.com/DAI is ESP lead contractor. It has more than thirty years experience managing development projects in Indonesia, mostly for USAID. It owns strong management and administrative systems, technical expertise in watershed management, biodiversity conservation, municipal financing and participatory development.

	URBAN INSTITUTE http://www.urban.org/The institute provides expertise in local government capacity-building, infrastructure finance, and citizen participation. Founded in 1968 in response to the need for independent nonpartisan analysis of the problems facing America, it now analyzes policies, evaluates programs, and informs community on development to improve social, civic, and economic well-being. It shares research findings with policymakers, program administrators, business, academics, and the public online and through reports and scholarly books.

This consulting firm provides engineering expertise in water supply technologies, utility management, sanitation, and solid waste management. Hatch Mott MacDonald, who has strong representation and experience in Indonesia, is part of the worldwide Mott MacDonald. It has earned a reputation for technical excellence, innovation and responsiveness on some of challenging projects in the fields of transportation, tunnels, water conveyance, wastewater, environmental, gas pipelines, buildings and utilities.

	RARE CENTER FOR TROPICAL CONSERVATION http://www.rareconservation.org/Rare facilitates social marketing campaigns for ecological and biodiversity conservation. The campaigns are aimed to build local constituency for environmental protection. Rare is an international, nonprofit organization that works to protect planet’s natural heritage while helping people benefit from conservation.

	FIELD (Farmer Initiatives for Ecological Literacy and Democracy) Indonesia http://www.thefieldalliance.org/It promotes integrated pest management farming techniques and community reforestation. Field Indonesia is part of the Field Alliance, an alliance of independent organizations dedicated to the empowerment of Asian farmers by supporting ecological learning action research, advocacy and networking.

It extend its mission on health communication by providing the leadership on behavior change intervention to improve health and hygiene by focusing on four main areas of intervention: clean water, sanitation, solid waste and hand washing with soap - with deliverables of reducing the incident of diarrhea in children under three.

Established in 1996, SI supports program design, monitoring and evaluation, gender and capacity building worldwide.

	INDAH WATER KONSORTIUM http://www.iwk.com.my/IWK is Malaysia’s national sewerage company. It undertakes the vital task of ensuring that the community is able to enjoy a clean and healthy environment through a proper and well-maintained sewerage system. Together with BORDA-Indonesia, IWK signed a MoU becoming one of the ESP’s strong partner organizations. IWK would focus on capacity building and technical support for sanitation program, particularly the development of improved centralized sewerage and sludge collection and treatment systems.

	THE NATURE CONSERVANCY http://www.nature.org/TNC, founded in 1951, is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the diversity of plants, animals and natural communities by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive. It has protected more than 117 million acres of land and 5,000 miles of river around the world.

	THE WATER SUPPLY COMPANY DRENTHE http://www.wmd.nl/WMD is engaged in the sustainable and efficient provision of drinking water. It supplies clean water to 450,000 inhabitants of twelve municipalities in Drenthe, Netherlands.WMD is a strong partner for ESP, especially in Eastern-Indonesia where WMD has strategic Public-Public partnerships with 12 PDAMs including PDAM Manado, Manokwari and Jayapura, which are the Special Imperative Area’s of ESP. WMD and ESP have signed MoU including development and implementation of joint training programs, studies and increased access to safe water supply.
