This document is a revision of the second approved PMP document, which was published in January 2008. This revision incorporates changes to the technical direction of ESP as set forth in Contract Modification #13 of September 26, 2008, and Contract Modification #14 of December 3, 2008. Contract Modification #13, or the Aceh-Papua Add-On, refers to additional work in the provinces of Aceh and Papua to support their Governor’s achieve development visions that balance forest conservation and sustainable natural resources management with pro-poor livelihoods development. Contract Modification #14 refers to the Eastern Indonesia expansion and overall program extension, and focuses on expanded access to clean water and sanitation services in the three eastern Indonesian cities of Ambon, Jayapura and Manado as well as an overall program extension through March 2010.
This document is a revision of the first approved PMP document, which was published in August 2006. Most significantly, Contract Modification #8 led to a revision of wording and coding of a number of ESP outcomes. This revised PMP document follows the structure of the current ESP Annual Work Plan, with indicators at the following levels:
1. USAID Basic Human Services (BHS) Strategic Objective (SO)
2. USAID Maintaining Healthy Ecosystems (MHE) Special Objective (Sp)
3. USAID Annual Operational Plan (OP) indicators
4. ESP Scope of Work Outcomes and Deliverables
This document describes the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) for ESP. The PMP follows the structure of ESP First Annual Work Plan & Life of Project Plan as well as ESP Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Work Plan, with indicators at following levels: 1. USAID Basic Human Services Strategic Objective 2. USAID Maintaining Healthy Ecosystems Special Objective 3. ESP Scope of Work Outcomes & Deliverables.
