This document covers the fourth year of ESP’s five year contract, from October 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010. It presents a strategy that emphasizes effective handover to
partners to ensure sustained impact of ESP’s successful field activities and networks. The Work Plan schedules technical close-out activities, as well as operational close-down details, for the remaining length of the project. The format of this Work Plan is considerably different from previous Work Plans, to accommodate a clear close-out strategy for all regional offices and national components.
