This document describes the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) for ESP. The PMP follows the structure of ESP First Annual Work Plan & Life of Project Plan as well as ESP Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Work Plan, with indicators at following levels: 1. USAID Basic Human Services Strategic Objective 2. USAID Maintaining Healthy Ecosystems Special Objective 3. ESP Scope of Work Outcomes & Deliverables.
