This report contains detailed mechanism that ESP proposed to finance water, sanitation and related environmental services with third-party long-term loans and securitization offerings, referred to as the Indonesia Water Fund. ESP has developed the proposal with PT. Danareksa, an investment house. These arrangements attracted support from MoF and GOI agencies.
