This Phase II analysis follows the pre- feasibility analysis which was performed to determine if a raw water transmission main from Subang to Lembang appeared to be financially feasible. This pre-feasibility analysis (included as Appendix A) indicated that the project was not “fatally flawed” and that a more in-depth analysis was warranted.
